Scheduling Policies
Pre-appointment details
Depending on the service you’ve scheduled, there may be specific pre-appointment requirements to ensure the most accurate results. If preparation is necessary on your part, we will provide clear instructions in advance. For example, you may be asked to avoid cooking with oils for 24-hours before VOC testing or refrain from using faucet water for 8-hours before water testing. These steps help us deliver the most reliable and precise findings.
Cancellation policies
We understand that unexpected situations can arise, and you may need to reschedule your appointment. Whenever possible, we kindly ask for 24 to 48 hours' notice.
Please note that if we arrive and are unable to access your property to perform the scheduled service, a no-show cancellation fee equivalent to half the base price of the service will be charged.
In the event of any delays or scheduling conflicts on our end, we will notify you promptly and make every effort to reschedule your appointment at a time that works for you.
Payment policies
Payment is required at booking or at the time of service.
For asbestos material sampling, the initial payment covers collection and analysis of one sample layer but may not include all layers within a sample. If additional layers are identified during laboratory analysis, you will receive an invoice for the extra charges. This is common with layered materials such as flooring, wallboards, or insulation. We are committed to providing clear and transparent billing at every step.
